What is Purchase Verification? 

Desky has a powerful feature called "Purchase Verification". It allows you to verify a customer's purchase before they can submit a ticket on the portal.

 

This feature is mainly used to serve your paid customers better. This is an optional feature.  

 

For example: If you run a WooCommerce store, and you only want to accept tickets from customers who have purchased from your store. This is doable with the "Purchase Verification" feature.  

So before submitting a ticket user has to enter Order number which validated against store database records.

 

For which platforms Purchase verification is available?

How does it work?

It's simple and straight. Considering WooCommerce example, On submit ticket form when user selects any product or category, they are prompted for entering order no.

Order No. is then verified with WooCommerce store database. If its valid then the user is allowed to submit the ticket
