Desky comes with ready to go WooCommerce integration. You can connect your WooCommerce store and allow your customer to submit a support ticket.

 

What features are added with this integration?

1. Purchase verification: While submitting a ticket user is asked to add Order No. which is verified against your WooCommerce database. 
2. Order Details: Support agent can view complete order details in the tickets panel to serve the customer better. 

 

How to integrate it?

1.  You need to generate Consumer Key, and Secret Key for WooCommerce Rest APIs.

2.  Copy the keys. Go to Settings->Integrations->Woocommerce settings.
3. Paste the Keys along with your store url.
   Use base url of your Wordpress site. like : www.example.com  and NOT www.example.com/shop
