Desky is the hands down best support platform for Envato authors.
You can easily link your envato account with Desky. Once you link your account you can do following things :
1. Auto import all your themeforest products to Desky
2. Verify purchases of your product before your customer can submit a ticket.
Steps:
1. Go to Admin panel --> Settings --> Integrations --> Envato Settings
2. Click on "Connect to Envato" Button
3. Sign in with your Envato Authour account.
4. Allow Desky to connect with your account.
5. On successful connection you will see the below status in your settings panel.
6. Verify if your porducts are successfully imported.
7. If due to any error account linking fails, then repeat the process from setp 1.
