Hi, how do I setup an email forward to automatically generate a ticket with the email content?

    IMAP feature released in beta. :)

    You can got to settings -->mail settings -> IMAP

    Sure. I'll let you know once we release it for beta test.

    We'll be having IMAP integration for Inbound email and generate tickets from it.
