Submiting a ticket on Desky is easy as 123!
Steps:
1. To submit a ticket you have to login to support portal (https://example.desky.support)
2. After login go to "Submit Ticket" page from the menu
3. Fill in your ticket details and hit submit.
4. Once you have submitted the ticket you can track/comment/reply to ticket in your user Dashboard --> Tickets section.
