A domain name is the URL where visitors/customers find your site. By default, all Desky support portal are accessible via the desky.support subdomain, example: mysite.desky.suport. Desky allows you to use a domain you already own.
To setup custom domain, follow the steps below :
1. Add the DNS record
Go to your DNS provider’s website. Depending on your DNS provider, editing DNS records can take several hours before the changes are applied across the internet.
a. Create a new CNAME DNS record.
b. Enter the subdomain name, for example, the "help" of help.mydomain.com.
c. Type in the hostname cname.desky.support (not yoursite.desky.support).
2. Assign and Save Custom domain in Desky Settings
Goto Settings --> Custom domain
3. Verify Domain and Generate certificate.
IMPORTANT : Depending on your DNS provider, editing DNS records can take several hours before the changes are applied across the internet.
If you get message that verification is pending, then verify 1st step, wait for few hours and try again.

On successful verification, your domain will be active.
